SIwave easily integrates into existing design flows using AnsoftLinks™ to import layout information from Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor and Zuken and then automatically extracts full-wave SYZ parameters, exports equivalent broadband SPICE models and enables further system and timing analyses within Ansoft Designer®/DesignerSI and Nexxim or other commercially available SPICE packages.
